Return Policy
 
CreativeMale wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we will exchange your merchandise or give you a credit that you may use towards your next order. The product must be unworn and unwashed.  All labels must be intact. The product must be received within 2 weeks of your receipt of the merchandise. We do not refund postage incurred for items returned to us. We do NOT issue credit card refunds - only exchanges and store credits.
 

To Return Merchandise

Please send an e-mail to sales@creativemale.com identifying what item(s) you would like to return and what item(s) you would like in exchange, if known. We will send you a return authorization number along with the address to send the returned merchandise.
